Montage des Steckers

Montageschritte

1. Stecker öffnen (beide Schrauben an der Frontseite lösen), Steckerkörper entfernen
8. Aderendhülsen auf die Adern pressen
2. Mutter der Kabeleinführung / Zugentlastung entfernen und über das Kabel führen

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Kabel im Bereich der Zugentlastung sauber und fettfrei ist.
9. Kontaktschrauben am Steckerkörper lösen, damit die einzelnen Adern eingeführt werden können
3. Universaldichtring: An vorhandenen Kabeldurchmesser anpassen. Als Faustregel gilt bis 7 mm (Original belassen), bis 9 mm inneren Ring entfernen, ab 9 mm den 2. Dichtring entfernen

Klemm- und Dichtbereich:
ca. 6.5 – 14 mm
10. Auf korrekte Polung achten:
Bei 3-poligen Steckern Typ 12 (13) und Typ 23 gilt braune Ader auf L, blaue auf N und gelb/grüne auf PE (Erdsymbol), siehe Markierungen im Anschlussbereich.
Bei 5-poligen Steckern Typ 15 und Typ 25 gilt schwarze Ader auf L2 und graue Ader auf L3
4. Angepassten Dichtring wieder in die Öffnung einführen
11. Adern entsprechend einführen, Kontaktschrauben satt anziehen
5. Kabel einführen und ca. 20 – 30 cm durch das Gehäuse stecken
12. Durch Ziehen an den Adern prüfen, ob diese korrekt geklemmt sind
6. Kabel 40 mm abmanteln (Achtung: die einzelnen Adern dürfen nicht verletzt werden!)
13. Steckerteil ins Gehäuse einführen und beide Schrauben an der Frontseite anziehen
7. Adern ca. 7 mm abisolieren
14. Kabel ca. 1 cm ins Gehäuse drücken und Mutter von Hand fest eindrehen, bis das Kabel korrekt fixiert ist (Anzugsdrehmoment 3 – 3,5 Nm)
korrekte Fixierung durch Ziehen am Kabel überprüfen
